Shipping Policy

We at JustBlend aim to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and reliably – both within Sweden and internationally.

Shipping Costs

  • Sweden: Free shipping on orders over 550 SEK. For orders under 550 SEK, a shipping fee of 49 SEK applies.

  • International: Free shipping on orders over 99 USD. For orders under 99 USD, a shipping fee of 119 SEK applies.

Shipping costs are always displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, holidays, customs handling, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Deliveries and Customs

For deliveries outside Sweden, local customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damages Upon Delivery

We recommend that you inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, you must report it directly to the delivery carrier at the time of receipt and follow their claim procedure.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. In such cases, the shipping company is solely responsible. We can assist you in contacting the carrier, but any compensation claims must be made directly to them.

For Warranty Claims

If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged, you are entitled to a warranty claim under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. For approved claims, we always cover return shipping and any new shipping costs.
