For orders in Sweden, shipping is free on orders over 550 SEK. Orders under 550 SEK have a shipping fee of 49 SEK.
For international orders, shipping is free on orders over 99 USD. Orders under 99 USD have a shipping fee of 119 SEK.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Sweden: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–10 business days

Yes, we deliver internationally, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, you need to report this directly to the shipping company and follow their claims process. We can assist with contact details, but compensation is handled by the carrier.

We accept the same payment method you used when placing your order for both purchase and refund transactions.

Yes, if you return your order within the 14-day withdrawal period, we refund the product cost and the original standard shipping fee.

Yes, due to hygiene reasons, items with broken seals cannot be returned.
